The Austrian Society for Group Dynamics and Organization Consulting (ÖGGO) is an affiliation of professional trainers and management consultants which was founded in 1973.
ÖGGO members constitute a many-layered study network which offers extra-occupational trainings and tuition. Within a wide network of international cooperation between various disciplines, the theory and practice of group dynamics and management consultation are put to the test and developed further in the context of social, economic and ecological issues and challenges. ÖGGO stands for the art and techniques of a responsible organisation of human collectives in the realm of organisations and civil society.
On this homepage, you can find a list of members, facts about topics such as group dynamics, organisation and management consultation, information about ÖGGO tuition as well as internal and public training courses and seminars concerning the dynamics within groups and organisations.

“Here and Now” was developed from the joint learning experiences of international network partners. The book offers insights into different points of view, and the truths and values of the practice of group dynamics, illustrating and clarifying many and various intentions which inform these approaches.
“Here and Now” stands for the unifying operating principle of the practice of group dynamics the world over. Focussing on the present moment, in their contributions to this book, practitioners share their experiences, discuss new ideas and insights and raise issues concerning future developments. They demonstrate how the process of learning about oneself as part of a learning system can be applied to other contexts.
The book confronts the reader with various cultures and approaches. Read it as a passionate social blue-print.
