Many members of ÖGGO work both practically and theoretically in accordance with the purpose of the association: “Promotion of group dynamics and organisational consulting in all social functional areas and their scientific foundation” (Statutes §2b). Through numerous publications, the members carry their process-oriented work with groups and organisations out into the world. The articles in specialised journals and books show the variety of content and methodological approaches between theory and practice.
